Our warm cheesy bacon dip is the perfect appetizer recipe for holiday parties, family gatherings, or even game day! It’s loaded with delicious hickory-smoked bacon and cheese, making every bite beyond scrumptious!

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 10 slices Sugardale Hickory Smoked Bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 4 oz. pimentos, drained, rinsed and diced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Reserve 1/8 cup of the cheese and 1/8 cup of crumbled bacon for adding to the top of the dish before baking.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the reserved bacon and cheese.
  4. Add the mixture to a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  5. Heat uncovered in a 400-degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until hot.
  6. Serve warm with fresh vegetables, crackers, or chips to dip!
